Found it much easier to exercise daiy than in the past Hard to remember to do when dressing but getting better Continue as a habitv- add to daily checklist
Best to try and do at the same time of day – In my case in the mornings after Phyllis arrived to take care of Gwen befior I cleaner up and got dressed Tried exericsing before but always don’t get there
Added a littler extra every week which turned out to be a good way to increase the exercise regime
